We currently deliver grocery products within Ahmedabad and nearby areas.
If your delivery address is outside our service area, we will contact you to discuss possible delivery options or cancel and refund your order.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
Delivery is typically completed within 1–3 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
You will be notified by SMS or call once your order is out for delivery.
3. Delivery Charges
Free delivery may be offered on orders above a specified minimum amount (if applicable).

5. Delivery Process
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.
Orders will be delivered to the address mentioned at checkout.
In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.

Deliveries are made only during business hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
