We currently deliver grocery products within Ahmedabad and nearby areas.
If your delivery address is outside our service area, we will contact you to discuss possible delivery options or cancel and refund your order.


2. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery is typically completed within 1–3 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

You will be notified by SMS or call once your order is out for delivery.


3. Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery may be offered on orders above a specified minimum amount (if applicable).

  • For smaller orders, a nominal delivery charge may apply and will be displayed during checkout before payment.

5. Delivery Process

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.

  • Orders will be delivered to the address mentioned at checkout.

  • In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.

Our delivery partner or in-house staff may contact you prior to delivery to confirm your availability.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If any product is damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
You may be asked to share a photo/video of the damaged product for verification.
Once approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged as per our Return & Refund Policy.

  • We do not deliver perishable items such as fruits and vegetables.

  • Deliveries are made only during business hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

  • No deliveries are made on public holidays or Sundays (unless otherwise mentioned).

While we make every effort to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Natural disasters, weather disruptions

  • Transportation strikes or lockdowns
