1. Products Eligible for Return
We sell grocery items except fruits and vegetables.
You may request a return or replacement for grocery products if:

You have received a damaged, defective, or expired product.

The product is incorrect or different from what was ordered.

The product is leaking or tampered at the time of delivery.
Please note:

Returns are not accepted for items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

Perishable goods (such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.) are non-returnable.

All returns must be requested within 24 hours of product delivery.

Our support team will verify your request and provide instructions for return pickup or replacement.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received back, a refund will be processed through your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you made a Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase, we will contact you for your bank or UPI details to process the refund.
Note:

Refunds will only be issued for verified and approved claims.

Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a seller error.
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned under eligible conditions (see section 1).
